So let's take a look at the overall market conditions as they are onMarch 1st, 2021.Right now we have 577 houses available. That's houses in all priceranges. Compare that to 1,131 same time last year. So it's about half asmany available as there was a year ago. March 2020 we had 312active listings available in the under $250K range.And while available listings are down, sales are the same over lastmonth, and last year same time period.During February this year, we sold 105 homes, with another 23showing as "Pending", for a total of 128 possible sales.Thats nearly the same as the previous month, as well as February2020, when we sold 132 homes in this range.This means the inventory drops from 77 days last year to 32 daysthis year.

Very tough market for buyers in Winnipeg.
